Since the entrance of Spain into the EU on 1st January 1993, monthly presentation of the intra-Community operations Communication (INTRASTAT) is mandatory, i.e. both for entry and dispatch operations, once the annual statistical limit of the Customs Authorities and the excise duties is exceeded.
At the moment the threshold amount for Intraeuropean Entry and Dispatch as regards their value is 400.000€ per year.
